LIBC will wash, dry and fold your laundry. This price is for every 2 loads.

LIBC will clean and scrub your oven back to it’s original shine.

LIBC will empty and clean out your refrigerator in addition to disposing of spoiled food items.

LIBC will blow out garages and sweep any webbing that we can reach, within reason.

LIBC will attempt to spot treat stubborn stains on area’s of your floor or furniture. Please point out area’s of concern.

LIBC will apply a floor shining finish to your hard floors.

LIBC will change the air filter needed for your air conditioning unit. The filters we support are the 1” thick type.

LIBC will sweep your porch and/or patio.

LIBC will replace the battery(ies) in your smoke detector(s).

LIBC will spackle any necessary holes. For larger holes (larger than 1”), a wall patch will be needed to be installed prior to our arrival.

LIBC will touch up the paint needed in your space. Please have all supplies (paint, painters tape, drop cloths, etc) ready beforehand.

LIBC will organize all cabinets and pantries. Please point out the area’s you want the cabinets and pantries organized.

LIBC will assist with installation of fresh sink caulking. Old caulk(ing) must be removed prior to us installing the new caulking.

LIBC will clean any odor’s we notice. Please point out any area’s of concern.
