Wall and door frame washing is a service that is included in a deep cleaning service.
It may be determined by the property owner or person(s) managing the facility whether it is necessary or not. For anything we can assist with answering, don’t hesitate to contact us!

An assessment of the property and/or office space will be conducted before cleaning. Any broken items will be reported to the property owner or space management right away.
We will advise if we’re capable of fixing what is broken.
If you would like for us to address the minor repair we will advise of the additional cost. If you’re unsure of if it should be repaired, please, contact us to help.

You may reschedule or cancel your appointment as late as 24 hours before the scheduled cleaning.
Cancellations will have a $50 fee. Rescheduling is based on availability. Contact us for any questions.

A $50 deposit is required for all bookings and will be applied to your final cleaning cost. You can reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment to keep your deposit.
Cancel 48+ hours before: full deposit refund
Cancel 24 hours before: $50 fee
Cancel same day: no refund of the deposit
