Wall and door frame washing is a service that is included in a deep cleaning service.

It may be determined by the property owner or person(s) managing the facility whether it is necessary or not. For anything we can assist with answering, don’t hesitate to contact us!

An assessment of the property and/or office space will be conducted before cleaning. Any broken items will be reported to the property owner or space management right away.

We will advise if we’re capable of fixing what is broken.

If you would like for us to address the minor repair we will advise of the additional cost. If you’re unsure of if it should be repaired, please, contact us to help.

The time it takes to clean your space varies. However, these are rough estimates:

• For our commercial customers, it really varies and is based on your particular space. Allow us to perform a “job walk” and a proposal can be drawn up for your space.
  
  

• For residential, a typical time is as follows:

  • 1 bed/bathroom typically takes ~2 ½ hours for a simple cleaning. For a quick cleaning, and no extra’s, we can finish in about 1 ½ hours at the absolute fastest time.

  • We don’t cut corners, but if you insist, we can quickly be in/out of your space, though we don’t recommend rushing a cleaning.

You may reschedule or cancel your appointment as late as 24 hours before the scheduled cleaning.

Cancellations will have a $50 fee. Rescheduling is based on availability. Contact us for any questions.
